Another great Gaim purchase that I am so thrilled with! They really make excellent Yoga and Pilates products like I said in another review been using this brand for over 15 years it’s so trusted excellent quality just great this reformer kit is an excellent addition to my studio Pilates regimen. I like it because it’s compact you can twist off the handles and pack with you on a trip. The resistant cords are very, very sturdy and strong! Just doing a simple movement like the Pilates 100 your arms are mush your core is in pain. Trust me.! Love that it has multiple uses as well.

This worked well and an inexpensive addition to add Pilates to your mix. The size was great and came apart and adjusts to put in carry on for travel. I bought a set of Pilates cards to give me some structure, variety and moves so I don’t get bored and can get a lot of extra choices to use this bar more. I really like this bar.

This gets the job done, when I use it. I like the bar, it helps me work on my back muscles. It helps me have more of a reformer type workout at home. This kit is saving me some money because memberships and reformers are out of my price range.

I received my Pilates bar kit, and am disappointed as it has been obviously used and returned. There was only the bar and straps, no information card and dilapidated box. I have no problem receiving a returned item, UNLESS it has been returned in the condition received. I tried to use it and am not sure how to get the bar from wanting to bend in the middle. Is this one possibly defected? I used to teach Pilates on the reformer and was excited to use this to replicate the exercises I know well. The bar is troublesome and if you have any advice, please share as I do not want to have to return this, although, there seems to be an issue with the bar 'bending' forward one each end from the middle connection. Anyone else experience this?

Since I have a track Pilates system already, I wanted this bar to maximize the moves I can do. Works well.

This was a horrible purchase. The bands don't stay and I was snapped twice during a workout. The construction is dangerous. I've stopped using it.

Easy to use and helpful for your body training and also very easy to take with you wherever you go!

Sin duda es un aparato versátil y útil para ejercitarse en casa. La calidad del producto es bastante buena, en especial las ligas de resistencia ya que no son las típicas de plástico estas son distintas y por ello se ven duraderas. La guia que incluye con ejercicios es bastante básica, recomiendo buscar videos en youtube.
