Adjustments are diffcult
The look and feel of the watch is nice, and intuitive controls. However each watch comes with a tool to adjust the sizing of the band. That was close to impossible. The whole contraption is cheaply made and fragile, and the metal peg meant to push the pins in the band out gets stuck and breaks off the tool and does not push the pins well, so very tough to make adjustments.

The watch band pin remover is useless. Bot of them bend up without removing the watch band pin.
