Perfect blend of sweet and heat! Leaves a mild hint of heat in your mouth. Very versatile product… Looks like honey, tastes like hot honey. I use Mike's Hot Honey on my oatmeal in the morning. It adds a little pizzazz to breakfast. This gallon size saves money over buying the same amount of honey in smaller bottles. I'll wash the bottles I have and refill them. It's a great thing.
