Works a treat, I've used these twice at Ironman events, I have a tendency to have leg cramps especially when really going for it, these prevented the cramps both times. Much more practical than the fizzy electrolyte tabs at water bottles are handed to you on the move so no opportunity to put fizzy ones in without stopping. With the Saltsticks I just pop 2 in my mouth every hour and wash down with water or coke or whatever is in my bottle. Highly recommended

Solved cramping!
It's difficult to know with complete confidence if these solved my cramps at 100Km (on bike rides) or whether general fitness improved and cramps were going to be less likely in any case. I tend to mix the tablet contents into my water bottle (capsules are easy to pull open) but on long rides do pop the tabs as well at feed stations in accordance with the suggested dosage. Whether its fitness or not cramping up is horrible and these tabs have definitely helped.

WARNING - Ingredients vary depending who you buy it from!!
The product is excellent. I use it to prevent migraines as well as general hydration. BUT - if you order from a foreign supplier it does not contain Vitamin D. The first bottle I ordered came from a UK supplier and was as described, with an English label. The second bottle I ordered came from an English sounding supplier and only after it arrived did I delve deeper to see the supplier was French. This bottle does not contain the vitamin D and the label is in French. So now I only purchase from the English company.

Cramp Killer
One of the best ways to avoid cramp while on a bike ride or run. Cycling is my preference and I tend to start feeling the cramp ache in my lower quad (typically rectus femoris & vastus medialis - yes, I had to look up those names! In laymans terms the middle thigh muscle that leads to your knee cap and as you are looking down at your knee that lump of muscle that sits above your knee and to the left) around the 50 mile mark of an event based ride during the summer months. It's a combination of fatigue from pushing a little harder on event day, age (nearly 49), and dehydration which sucks the salts away. Before you roll your eyes at dehydration, yes I do take on fluid in the form of High 5 4:1 High 5 4:1 Summer Fruits Energy Source 1.6Kg , as well as gels and food, it's just the combination of factors that tips me into cramp-ville. With the extra help of Saltstick I can prevent the cramp and enjoy my ride

Extra help with hydration when needed the most
Very useful replacement of lost salts after sweating excessively. I use it after long bike rides and a heavy sessions in the gym and sauna. I also work in a very warm environment and use the salt sticks at work and really feel they perk me up. I find this product very kind to my stomach even when taken on an empty stomach. I've read about this product in a sports magazine and I thought I give it a try - I used some magnesium supplements in the past - as I'm very aware of taking in too much sodium due my higher blood pressure - but the tablets very too big and also used to make me feel sick. The salt stick capsules are easy to swallow too.

Worked for me in over 36 degrees and very high humidity!
I bought these for a 250 charity bike ride across Cuba! It was extremely hot and humid and we sweated a lot whilst riding. I took 3 of these a day in addition to isotonic tablets in my water. Let's just say there were lots of women passing out with the heat but I was fine, I'm sure these will have helped!

If you suffer from cramps on long rides like I do because I sweat a lot
If you suffer from cramps on long rides like I do because I sweat a lot, these are awesome!!! Knew after trying them they kept cramps at bay, but when I cramped on a long ride when I was pushing hard and forgot to take them as I was trying to catch another group. Took these and 15 mins later I was good to go, completely got rid of the cramps. Only works for what I asume electrolyte related cramps as I have a high sweat rate. Don't think will work if your suffer cramps through muscle fatigue as your maybe not fit enough.
