Delicious
These are a delicious Keto treat at only 2 net carbs per bar. These have a nice chocolatey flavor and are quite chewy. Perfect for someone on a low carb diet with a craving for chocolate!

They’re Alright
They don’t have a strong cardboard taste, but the chewiness is awkward. Aftertaste isn’t too bad, but they are kinda dry. They taste like subtle hot chocolate

I enjoy these bars for breakfast. They came promptly and were reasonably priced.

Don’t waste your money
These are dry. Hard and difficult to chew. They taste stale. I just threw them away. Not a good value for money. Quality is horrible. Filling is disgusting like stale cardboard. Fiber and protein levels are ok but useless if you can’t even eat it.

Well, not the best and comes with some dire warnings
I am still searching for a decent protein bar that is not a rip off and is not killing the planet. These are sold here and locally and are the best I could find but, I am actively searching for a better option. However, they come with some warnings. - Only 5 in a box is kind of a joke. The box is so empty and loose. The box could hold bigger bars and up to 6 or 8! Shame on the VP who decided on the box, size, and number in a box. - They make you really gassy. Get ready to rumble. - The flavor, if you could call it that, leaves much to be desired. Sometimes you get a hint of brownie but mostly, not. - Must eat with liquid. Otherwise, it has something in it that hits the back of your throat that is most unpleasant. A burning. Their other flavors do it too. - They are made in Canada. I like Canadians but, Canadian manufacturing, products, and customer service is not good IMO. Awful, actually. I try to avoid “made in Canada” except maple syrup and some musicians. - Last but not at all least: They use PALM OIL IN THEM! This is really, really bad as palm oil plantations are a big cause of deforestation! I never buy any product with palm oil in it. So, my search continues for something like this that, is affordable and does not use palm oil!

Not bad, not bad.
Pretty good. Curbs the craving for chocolate, only 90 calories, adds in some protein. Can’t go wrong with this.
