I bought this for the dental health benefits of Xylitol. They are priced great and taste great. I like that they have half a gram of xylitol per mint. I don’t have to worry as much about taking too much as I like to take two or three in a row.

These truly work. These actually do what xylitol is supposed to do - help with oral health and freshen breath and whiten teeth - without sugar. The taste is clean without being overly sweet or artificial. The 300 tablet count lasts a long time, so you're not constantly reordering. They suggest using them 3 times at different points during the day. Easy. They're simple, effective, and do exactly what they're supposed to do.

They taste good, are small, dissolve in the mouth and there are many of them; it would be better if they didn't contain calcium stearate.
