This chili is excellent. It has the perfect taste to it. It can go with many meals and adds great flavor. It has good texture, and easy to eat. Perfect for those who love noodles and rice! I will purchase this item again.

Oh my goodness, I'm obsessed with this!!! I've been looking for a sichuan sauce that compares to the multi generational family owned Cantonese restaurant near by.... this stuff is amazing!!! I'm already trying to figure out what I'm gonna make next, to be able to use it! Soooooo good!!!! GET THISSSSS!!!!!

This is best , I've tried many , I ordered the small size first to check it out . I was very pleased with it . It comes half filled with liquid and the rest actual spices. It was so good I went through it quickly ,over chicken over stir fry string beans , you can use it on eggs if you want , the taste is very good -not super hot where it overwhelms you ,just spicy ( in a pleasant way) I wish the price was a little lower -That is the reason I give it 4 stars, however I will most likely buy the 16 oz. bottle next .

Holy moly, this chili crisp oil is like magic in my mouth. There's so many flavors going on and just the right amount of Sichuan heat from the peppers. It's honestly perfection. I would say, if you're a beginner with spice you might only want to add a teaspoon full (or less) but, if you really like spice, use a heaping tablespoon full. I add it to my rice ramen noodles along with some ramen seasoning at home and it's literally out of this world delicious. You can use it on other things too such as most Asian noodle dishes etc. I saw another review that said it tasted like it was Italian and I disagree with that. It has a very iconic Asian profile and it's really just so good. You have to try it.

The chili is wonderful, love the taste. Do NOT like the rapeseed or soybean oil. There is nothing healthy or good about either oil. IT was rather shocking because I forgot to check what kind of oil was the base. I bought this on recommendation from America Test Kitchen cook. The oil has a flat taste that sits on top of the chili. I did not want to throw it away so ate it anyway, and the oil taste fades a lot under the chili, but will not rebuy.
