Appreciate the hygiene focus as opposing to the sex-ed slant, most books have on the subject of puberty. The reader of the book is sharing it with her friends, it serves its purpose.

Topic is well explained, but a lot of modern topics such as period pants and more eco friendly parts are missing. The story is pretty simple. For us, not what we searched for.
