Cut my cold sore healing time in HALF!!
Wow! WOW!! Took for an active outbreak and I have never in my life had a blister heal as fast as when I took this. Cut my heal time from 10 days to 5. Tastes like nothing. Pill is big if you have a problem with that but I don’t. Worth every penny. No crazy side effects besides my farts were insanely smelly but I’ll take a smelly fart over a face knocker of a cold sore.

Lives up to the hype. Gently on the stomach. It is a big pill though so I wouldn’t take it without a buffer such as orange juice. Whichever way you take it just take it.

Easy to swallow
I’ve had other lysine pills that I choked on even when I cut them in 1/2. I went to gummies but I just don’t like gummies. I was looking for a pill that wasn’t as large and had a coating. This one is perfect for me. I’m able to swallow without choking

If you take this as suggested it will keep most blisters from ever forming but if you do get one, it won’t be bad and it won’t last long! I love this!!

Big pills, but surprisingly easy to swallow!
I’m one of those that have always had trouble swallowing pills until recently. I was hoping to add Lysine into my supplements for the skin and immunity benefits, and ultimately decided to try this brand. The tablets are slightly thicker than standard tablets (length is about standard), which make these a bit bigger than what I was expecting. As others noted, there is a coating on the tablets that make them surprisingly easy to swallow. Since Lysine is a slay/water soluble, I try to take it on an empty stomach for maximum efficacy. I am only about a month into using it daily. I haven’t noticed any side effects, but haven’t necessarily noticed anything specifically different - but then again, for skin and immunity it is more for a preventative/boost, then something I expect to see a lot of results from.
