I find these gently effective and far easier as I find the sachets that come on prescription disgusting. You chew these and they taste absolutely fine - an easy solution to the problem. I find them a little expensive - seemingly too expensive for NHS to put on prescription - but still better than a messy drink that becomes gloopy if you leave it a few seconds too late.

Hard to chew and noticed no difference in constipation relief.

To be quite honest I think I did have some improvement they firm stools and make you more regular but I found I couldn’t face chewing 6 a day they are big and not very tasty ! So work out very expensive! I won’t buy again

I bought these on overnight delivery while waiting for a prescription, and they worked; they worked really well. I don't get on with the dissolvable gel, and I'm used to taking chewables since I hate taking tablets as well. The size of these tablets was alarming upon first seeing them, but I should not have worried. They really are chewable, and the taste is much better than the dissolvable gel, though very chalky. Did they have the right effect? Absolutely. Thankfully! Although the effect wasn't instantaneous, they did work and relieved my symptoms. Not as dramatic as bowel prep; much, much gentler than that. If you're suffering from constipation or just want to add extra fibre to your diet, then I can recommend these Fybogel Fibrechews. I'm going to be keeping them on hand in case I need them again in the future.

They work well.

I had this prescribed originally in powder form. It was infused with some orange taste but not very pleasant. The main problem was that it left a lot or residue inside the glass. The tablet although technically smaller strength is very pleasant to chew and highly preferable.
