It is the cheap Ubiquinon version, which if you're older may be a waste of money as it needs to be converted in the body...and older bodies struggle with this.They carefully OMIT this fact on the label.What you WANT is the Ubiquinol form, which cost more, but is what you need as an older adult.Yes, this is cheap. But there is a REASON it's cheap. It is not the real thing (Ubiquinol)......and may do absolutely nothing. You get what you pay for.
