how can I replace rear wheels?

A local bicycle shop should be able to replace your tires

Can it be carried on the plane ?

My 94 year old dad is able to easily take it out of the trunk of his car so it is pretty light. You might have to check it as luggage in a worse case scenario. But I can’t guarantee that you would have to check with your airline.

Will it be easy to take on sight seeing bus

I have never travelled on a tour bus but I would imagine that it would depend upon the type and size of the bus. As far as weight and handling capabilities, I don’t believe there would be a problem

Is walker already assembled?

Sturdy yet light weight. So easy to fold and store it or to put in vehicle. Love the removable pouch. My message to the manufacturer would be, “if only it had a small collapsible seat”, it would be perfect.
