The knife is very sharp and easy to handle. Its weight is ideal and comfortable for me. It can cut every kind of ingredients.

ダマスカスが凄まじい早さで錆びた（刃こぼれしたので400番で直しが必要になる程度）ので、普段使い用にステンレスで安いものを選んだ。 切れ味はもちろん鋼の方が良いのだが、コスパで考えればこれは十分以上の仕事をしてくれている。 槌目は明らかに装飾の為に付けたという具合で、刀鍛冶が作ったアウトドアナイフだとかああいう手打ちで作られたそれを期待しているなら失敗すると思う。ただ、この槌目がおそらく包丁への貼りつきを緩和する機能があるようで、そこは無駄ではない。

お土産のためですからまだ使わないですが見た目はかっこいいと思います。^_^

Great knife and super sharp

This knife is very good for the price. The grip on this knife's handle is excellent, and the blade also features a superb finish.

Had this knife for a few years, knife is OK, a bit expensive. Handle is a bit thin, I wear large gloves. Steel hardness is a bit soft, would need sharpening every month. I used it constantly 5 days a week in kitchen work.

Good quality built knife.. very sharp... For cooking enthusiasts.. worthy enough as first Japanese one..
