How do I slice my salami? First, cut the end (especially if there is still twine attached to your salami). Then cut a straight, shallow slit down the length of the salami. Peel back the edges of the casing, and pull back to the point where you will be slicing to. It is now ready to be sliced and served. Is this white mold on my salami? Spoiled, inedible
Opened the package and it was spoiled, inedible. Could not return due to it being a food item. Frank and Sals sells sopressata on Amazon and it is a lot cheaper, but they were out so I tried this. Never again.
