So I've been taking this since the 9th of June 2025. And I have to say, I've noticed some big changes. I was like skeptic about all of this, but I tried it I think I'm on my third week maybe. But I have noticed that my bloating has gone away, I've noticed that I'm becoming more regular on the bowel movements. I've noticed that I am falling asleep better. It came on time looks legit. I didn’t see anything weird in my poop thankfully, I don’t have any inflammation. The potency seems like it’s right I didn’t have any side effects. I'm 50yr old man...I did not realize how much bacteria & parasites was in me, all these years until I started taking this item. It is potent, It's the real stuff!! It's just as good as Resilia, has that strong Oregano smell!!.. Watch out for the fake brands. If it doesn't look like "dirty, dehydrated pee" and have a strong oregano, scent stay away from it!!... My skin is clearer, nails clear, teeth whiter, gums back to pink, noticeable decrease in the early morning joint pains and inflammation. But I also take "Modern Ancient Multi Collagen", which is what I highly recommend for older men!!....it helped me lose and maintain 10+lbs w/ noticeable increased energy & libido. I just tried it this morning. I love oregano, so I don't mind any aftertaste. These softgels don't burn. I belch with them once in a while, but I love the taste. Since I am Italian, I use oregano in most of my cooking. Since I just started taking them, time will tell if they work. This is an update: I didn't realize that the oregano oil has aftereffects. It was making me very itchy, especially in my private area. I went online and found out all the aftereffects, which I should have researched before I ordered it. I stopped taking it, and the itch subsided. Since I opened the package and used it, I will throw it out.

This product has been a great help to me to settle my gut health. For months I slowly have been able to eat less and less. I have been ketovore for 3+ years, which helped me lose over 60 pounds and lose my brain fog. Nevertheless, my gut started acting up worse and worse, gurgling, growling, becoming gassy. I would eat 2 bites and could not eat anything else all day. I read a lot, discovered what parasites in the gut can cause, and that oil of oregano kills them, but they leave a lot of toxic waste. So you have to also take black seed oil, which flushes out the toxins. I was in such gut distress that I did not exactly follow instructions. I took 2 small capsules 3x a day. (if you are not in a LOT of gut pain I suggest going more slowly because there WILL BE hexing, and those dying parasites and their toxic waste can bring a number of uncomfortable issues) Within 4-5 days the gurgling and growling went away. I am able to eat now and keep the food down. I am NOT a trained medical person. Most doctors, I believe, want to help people but are taught to find a pill for everything. Quiero evaluar este producto con las debidas reservas. Lo compré por los beneficios del orégano. Sin embargo, hay que decirlo bien. El producto es muy bueno, tiene buena concentración y por lo mismo el aroma es fuerte. No esperes que después de su consumo no huela a nada. Sin embargo., al consumirlo entre comidas es menos el sabor al eructar. También quiero compartir que yo lo consumí por el lapso de tres semanas y descanse. Lo hice por decisión propia porque tambien hay que decirlo, el consumo diario por periódo prolongado altera tu flora intestinal y pproduce evacuaciones diarreícas. Porqué le doy cinco estrellas? Porque el producto tiene una buena concentración de aceite de orégano y sus efectos en el organismo dependen de lo que busque cada persona. Yo lo utilice para desparasitar a profundidad y aliviar la tensión (inflamación del estómago? Considero que me funcionó en un 90% Saludos!!
