does it work over sunscreen?

Yes. I use a face oil serum first, then tinted moisturizer with sunscreen then the blush. It has also worked over my powdered foundation as well.

I really love this blush for its simple application and natural glowy finish. Just dab twice per cheek and swipe with brush, then you have a beautiful rosy glow that adjusts to your pH and has a little moisturizing sheen. Great for summer look when going for a no makeup look.
