Amazing probiotics, the only thing that really worked for my gut microbiome.

It seems to be doing something. My bowel movements are consistent and healthy looking. Yes I look at my poop.

I ended up getting a very bad blistery type rash on my arms and shoulder. It came up almost overnight after I took it for about 2 days. I took two right after dinner. I never get any type of skin rashes so I know that it came from this. I also looked it up and found that one of the side effects can be a rash. I'm putting mine in the garbage. I do not recommend this product. UPDATE: A few days after writing this review, I was diagnosed with Shingles. So, I'm sure the rash was not caused by AKKermansia pills. So I am going to go ahead and rate this with 4 stars because I haven't had a chance to take this again. I do recommend this.

Works good, especially for motility. There’s a lot of tablets in ten bottle; definitely good value.

This isn’t a review for the quality of the probiotics at this point since they just arrived, but a ton of the reviews state the pills are large and hard to swallow. As you can see it’s smaller than a standard Ibuprofen. Will update after a few weeks…

I fell better after using this product.

Had never heard of this Probiotic. I like to try new things as they become available. The first few days I didnt notice anything, good or bad, in my digestion. However, on the 4th day and thereafter for a week, I noticed increasing abdominal pain in my digestive track. Reviewing the supplements I take and obviously my food and drink intake, I began eliminating them one by one. With no relieft. However, when i eliminated the Akkermansia, that did the trick. Within 24 hours, the abdomiinal pain subsided. Take this for what its worth. At least, for me, it was a no go.
