Amazing!
It is true to its word .... Use it by the drop! Honestly u read these packages and more often than not end up using nearly half a bittle to get a hint of flavour, but not with this!!! Only needed a couple of drops to achieve a LOVELY passion fruit flavour. Anyone that left a review saying it doesn't taste like passionfruit has no taste buds! At 1st seems pricey, but it is worth it when you do indeed only need a couple of drops! Now to buy some more flavours!

I used this to flavour my sugar amethyst geodes. Strong and aromatic, nostalgic parma violets taste. Love it so much, can't wait to explore their other flavours. 😊❤️

SPOT ON violet flavouring ...
This is absolutely spot-on violet flavouring, very reminiscent of Parma Violets and Violet Creams. It’s got that distinct perfumey flavour and hint of lavender that you’ll be looking for with violet; it’s intense but as long as you have some form of sweetness in your recipe, it’ll balance out perfectly. Works equally well in drinks, buttercream and cold-pressed snacks (haven’t tried it in baking yet but I assume it would work). Beautiful aroma too.
