This steamer won't scream like a banshee when water is low!
I've been an esthetician for 10 years and honestly shocked at the quality of this machine! I had my Old Faithful clunker steamer for 7 years and purchased one in a pinch that broke down in a few months. Desperately needed a replacement and gave this one a shot- it's going great!! USE DISTILLED WATER TO AVOID CALCIUM AND LIME BUILD UP AND SHE'S GREAT! Easy to assemble, durable. Heat level is great. Great value

STOP USING TAP WATER IN THESE STEAMERS!
All the negative comments seem to be the same, so Iโm going to say this to all. STOP USINF TAP WATER!!!!!!! These machines are not meant to be used with tap water. You are supposed to use DISTILLED WATER ONLY! If you use tap water, the coil that heats up the water is going to get calcium deposits on it. And when it gets calcium deposits on it , it just stops working or leaking. If you do not have any distilled water on hand, do not use this machine not even once. I hope this message helped the many of you on here that have no idea how to use this machine.. This is coming from my license cosmetologist of 33 years.

Good Steamer
I had issues with this steamer. As soon as it turned on hot and started steaming it turned off. Contacted the vendor and they worked through helping me troubleshoot the problem and had to end up sending me a new one. I appreciate their communication and assistance.
