In ireland i bought a very course whole meal flour to make a dense bread. is this that type of flour? wont go through a shifter

Yes. A very coarse flour perfect for “grainy” soda bread. I haven’t found anything in America that’s the same grind. Well worth the cost if that’s what you’re looking for.

Is there a photo of the nutrition list? Specifically interested in the total Carbs and total fiber per serving as well as serving size.

2kg bag( 4 lb 6 oz) 20 servings per bag per 100g serving: carbs 64 Fiver 9.0

Is it a self-rising flour?

No this is not self-rising, Lolly Joy
