I bought this because a coworker wanted us to try it. Extremely expensive for 12 cans, especially since they want you to drink it EVERY DAY to build up the effects. I was excited about the blueberry ginger flavor. I choked down the drink over a 30 minute period despite the burning straight ginger taste. I felt nothing different. I drank my coworkers because after only a couple of sips, she couldnt finish it. She said it tasted horrible and her head was starting to hurt almost immediately. About an hour after the 2nd one, i got angry and ranted about a few things. Then i remembered that i tried ashwaganda about a year ago in capsule form and it had the same effect but i thought it was just because the dosage was too much for me. Not sure how much ashwaganda is in each serving, but its in every flavor. I told my coworker to give them to her friend since he evidently enjoys the taste. I was mean for almost 48 hours, short tempered at least, 😂 so be careful if you’re sensitive to supplements.

The jury is still out for me. I had my first Moment tea last night. It was delicious-- a very natural taste where a lot of other similar type drinks have an artificial aftertaste. It made me feel very relaxed and I fell asleep easily once I went to bed. But I had a long period of vivid, scary, and disturbing dreams during the night where I didn't know if I was asleep and dreaming or if the things in the dream were actually happening. It was not something I want to go through again. I am going to experiment with drinking only half a can tonight and see what happens. Could be the Ashwagandha and my nervous system are a bad match. So, just be careful!

They taste great and I have been sleeping better - love my wine, but hoping this can replace it!
