Interesting substitute for rice
It's worth a try as a substitute for rice.

Convenient, good tasting
It is very good, replaces pasta in my diet. Can do a lot with it, easy to fix. Servings size is perfect for one person.

Exccellent Grain-Free option.
These are excellent. I rinsed them off well and put in homemade alfredo sauce and I heard NO comments other than they liked them. It does take 2 packages per person. Great "grain" free option. We have used them a couple of times and just bought more to have in the pantry. Taste is just fine, does not taste slimy or too chewy.
