Perfect Lower Carb Noodle Substitute
These noodles are marvelous! They taste amazing and the texture is so similar to regular pasta that no one in my family notices the difference. The cook time is fairly fast as well making it easier on weeknights to get dinner on the table. I love the extra protein in there for healthier options. I have even used these in casseroles and the noodles really hold up week!

Wonderful pasta texture for lower carb pasta
This is the best lower carb pasta out there. High in fiber and protein. While not real low carb, according to glucometer this pasta doesn’t negatively impact blood sugar like regular pasta. Great flavor and texture, unlike some low or lower carb pasta. Would have given it 5 stars, but a bit pricey.

Since these are protein-based, I keep an eye on them. They get mushy if cooked too long. Otherwise...Great taste, great texture, and great value.

Good buy!
The texture and flavors are great! The name is misleading, though. Carba-NADA would suggest NO carbs. They have about half the carbs of regular pasta, which is still a good thing. The added protein is also a good benefit. I’ll be ordering them again.

Low carb pasta choices
Carb nada pasta tastes just like white pasta, cooks quickly. I love it as a weight watcher member..low points!
