I went to Italy last Spring and bought a few packets of spices at the open air markets just as something to take home, I used them and thought WOW these spices sure make make pasta and sauces taste so much more flavorful, well I ran out, so I saw your spice mix and thought I will give it a try and it's wonderful!!!! Thank you for having these online.

No time to make pasta sauce from scratch anymore, and this seasoning makes my store bought sauce taste fresh and original, just like the spices i bought in Rome last year.

We love this Italian herb mix and is very hard to find now that we live the states. Will buy it again.

Seriously folks, if you've never had it, try it. My daughter brought it back from Italy originally and I couldn't get enough of it. A simple spice mix with a kick and now it's my go to. Mix it with olive oil, toss with pasta and put on some fresh grated parm cheese and better than most restaurant pastas!

This is an awesome product, I bought aglio oglio mix when I was in Rome and this product tastes as authentic as that one. Definitely the easiest way to cook pasta in your home. Just be careful if your tolerance to spicy food is limited, because for this product I can definitely feel the chili. Personally I Love it!

A fabulous product! Adds just the right touch of garlic and peppers to spaghetti! This is just as good as the Aglio Olio and Peperoncino mix I bought years ago at Le Colllini di Sorrento in Italy that I had been searching for but I had not been able to find in the United States until now.

I first bought this type of Italian mix about 15 years ago while visiting Italy. I have searched for a similiar product ever since. I finally found it with this mix as it is the real thing from Italy. Thanks so much.

It perks up flavor and gives recipes an added dimension in terms of appearance (color).
