I bought these primarily to use when I make myself a bowl of ramen. I like the addition of green onions, but it seems like I always waste some when I buy it fresh. This fixes it. I get the onions, but they are shelf stable. As long as you're adding these to some kind of liquid, they work well. It takes them no time to rehydrate, and while they don't taste and have the texture of fresh green onion, the trade off is acceptable to me.

Great with any cup of chicken soup.

Much easier than having to chop fresh green onions! Nothing beats fresh vegetables and herbs but these are more sustainable. Great in soups, salads or as a garnish. Tastes great!!

I use them everyday. They are high quality.

I honestly haven’t used them yet, since my son has been doing all the cooking.
