It takes time to work.
Audi Q5 2.0TDI owner here. After 90.000km my DPF warning light stayed on and even after forced regeneration by AUDI service and the option was new DPF or professional cleaning. I have research a lot and this came as the best DIY option. I was skeptical and it took the full tank to get through plus some extra for it to work but after a week or two the DPF warning light disappeared. I would consider using it again in the future.
