How big is the folded pocket

Counting the ridge, it's 6 inches wide by 5.5 inches long. If you discount the ridge, its about 5 by 4.25 inches.

I’m looking for to make “homemade uncrustables”...does anyone think this will work? Thanks 😊

IMUSA Jumbo Empanada Maker Absolutely Awesome!**

The IMUSA Jumbo Empanada Maker is truly amazing! I originally bought it for empanadas, but it has quickly become my go-to tool for making **Italian panzerotti** and it works like an absolute charm. The size is perfect, the press is sturdy, and it seals the dough beautifully every single time. It’s incredibly easy to use, even if you’re not a pro in the kitchen. Just fill, press, and you’re ready to cook. The results come out consistently great, with perfect edges and no mess. It has definitely made my cooking process faster, easier, and a whole lot more fun. If you love making homemade pastries, empanadas, calzones, or panzerotti, the IMUSA Jumbo Empanada Maker is a **must-have**. It’s awesome!
