Great Work Computer
Fantastic price. I've been using this for about 7 months and it's working perfectly. No glitches, no slowdown after time, it just works like the day I got it. I work from home and this is in use 8 hours a day, at least. While it's not a gaming computer, I haven't found anything lacking yet.

This pc is fast compared to our old pc. The computer was very well packaged, so nothing got broke. It is well made I think we are going to like this computer very much. I'm happy I bought it!

The speed of processing....
I very pleased with the unit and the packaging that Amazon used as their vendor for this HP desktop. I wanted increased memory and faster processing speed, and this HP desktop delivers the goods. While it didn't come with an internal DVD/CD unit, purchasing an external unit was easy and very cost effective. The glitch in the transaction was trying to register the desktop with HP. The model and serial numbers listed on box were a little different in reality. HP has an online app that will check your computer for s/n and model #. Once this was completed, I had the accurate numbers.

Bad Product
I received this HP Desktop Computer Tower and it does not work! I took it to a computer repair shop to look at why it keeps beeping. They told me the BIOS is corrupted and the RAM is possibly bad. I was informed by the seller to contact Amazon, but the information keeps going in circles and there is no way to talk with anyone. Now I have an unusable desktop and wasted money. So disappointed with this sale from Quad Prime Tech and Amazon. I am a Senior and do not appreciate this hassle and feel taken advantage of!
