Does this come with a face mask and chin guard

No mine did not come with the mask attached. Attaching the mask is super difficult. We are on day 2 and still no success

Yes it is the difference between the two are youth helmets are made of ABS and Adult helmets are made of thermoplastic other than that yes they are the same.
