These were exactly what I needed. I didn't use them to bake so I can't speak to that. I needed a small, sturdy, attractive cup to hold food. These worked well.

Nice but the aluminum cup is was too soft

I used these for my daughter’s second birthday party & absolutely loved the idea ! Since having my middle child I have tried reducing how many fingers touch things on the food table ! This individualizing the pieces of cake into a cupcake vs having to cut slices of cake that everyone’s hands have already touched ! They’re super durable & easy to cook with ! Will def be purchasing again !

The item in reality is smaller than dimensions given on Amazon. The cup also fit completely into my 1/2 cup measure (picture) to give you an idea of how small it is. I would guess it only holds 1/3 cup of fluid or about 80 ml. Foil is flimsy.

I returned these because they were so thin and flimsy, and several of them had obviously been punctured in the packing or shipping process and had holes - showing that they were barely thicker than aluminum foil and easily damaged. When I filled a few with food inside the air fryer, they blew about would not even stay in place.
