I dont care for it. Tends to roll down. Style #1455 is very firm if that is what you want

Does the top roll down and will it cling to my clothing?

The top stays in place. There is a plastic strip on the backside that keeps it in place. Clothes don't cling to the shapewear. I was so pleased with this item, I bought another one.

Does it slim the waist?

It does. Its comfortable. The others are so tight you cant breathe or move. Im a bigger girl and it smooths tummy, back arra thighs and but area

Does it roll down when sitting? Am I going to be tugging on it all day?

I have never had a problem with it rolling down when sitting or any time at all. Very comfortable and I love the way they fit.
