This has made such a difference to my old boy's life! very effective. His kidneys are bad due to thyroid meds, he's 19 years old, but drops of this twice a day in his food is really making him more alert, less noisy, eating better, more energy And he loves the taste! well worth the cost

My cat has stage 2 kidney disease. We bought every kind of kidney friendly cat food but he hated them all, and started losing a big of weight and vitality. My vet suggested giving him older cat (7 plus; 11 plus) food and putting this on to bring down the phosphorus levels. Happy to say he is much happier, weight is coming on, and his condition has stabilised. He doesn't seem to know it is even on his food.

When my spaniel was diagnosed with kidney failure we were expecting her to pass within the week but the vet told us to try Ipakitine. As I could only find that in tablet form, that was no good as she wasnt eating. I decided to try Pronefra as it was a liquid. Within a couple of days she was eating again! This product didn't save my dogs life but it gave us an extra 6 weeks which meant the world to us.

I was advised by my vet to give my dog Pronefra as she is almost 15 years old and her kidneys are beginning to fail. It was delivered on time and appears as per the photo on Amazon. There are no instructions in English in the packaging but the enclosed syringe is simple to use and gives the dosage by the pets weight. My dog has it on her food and eats it happily.

My dog finds this extremely tasty. I can syringe it directly into his mouth, or squeeze onto a plate and he's excited for it, like it's a treat. I don't mix it into the food, incase he doesn't eat the entire portion. Can't speak for it's medical efficacy, my vet suggested using Ipakitin, but this is much easier to dose and administer.

This is a fantastic item and so easy to give to my CKD cat. Reccomend by my vet and I honestly think its helping her out, her recent blood results were fantastic and I can only imagine its partly down to this helping her. This is the best price I've seen for this online too!

I have no idea if this is working but assuming it is, I am delighted that my dog enjoys the taste

Hi product arrived today but concerned as it appears to come from Eastern Europe, possibly Slovakia going by translator. No English instructions. Had to take a photo and then translate it on how to use it. Worried about using it now.

Ausgerechnet da wo die, Dosierung für meine Katze stehen sollte ist ein Aufkleber drüber geklebt. Hab versucht ihn zu entfernen, aber der Kleber hat die Farbe von der Schrift darunter schon aufgelöst. Wie komm ich jetzt an die Dosierung für meine Katze mit Niereninsuffizienz?
