Baal aache wash hote hai ye koi sampoo nahi hai to 2 ghante bheega kar rakhoo according to your hair volume and size aur fir iska lap sa laga lo acche se pure baal mai 5 se 8 min lage rehne do fir wash kar do thode se baal atack sakte hai par iska yehi kaam hai aram se wash karna hadbadi mat karna .....

If u intend to use it as substitute to shampoo

I left shampoo and used this aamla reeta mixture to wash my hair it made things worse...Towards Nature & Natural products may be bit over hyped but too much chemical shampoos are not good too...BUT for my heavy dandruff head... Johnson's Neutrogena shampoo for Dry Hair specially arclyic acid did wonder to me...its simply awesome.
