Decent product. Hope it lasts

Very good product, went on easy and mixed without much effort. Only one issue, the buckets are nearly impossible to open. Took longer to open than to apply. Other than that, I am pleased with the look and texture. The buckets varied in color, but when it dried it was a uniform flat black. Will buy again.

I applied this just today so I will do a follow up review in a few days. One product user said the bucket was very hard to open. I found it very easy to open. There is a pull tab on the lid edge that you have to snap one edge off of then pull the tab around the bucket. Then there are about 8 tabs on the lid edge that you have to use two hands fingers to bend up until they make a small snap sound. Do that all the way around the bucket and the lid will lift right off. I had a four foot piece of wood a couple of inches wide that I used to stir with. Paint stores have 5 gallon bucket stir sticks you could pick up to stir with. The product stirred well after lifting the settled gunk off the bottom. It poured well right out of the bucket just go slow to avoid splashing. I have never sealed the blacktop end of my cement driveway since it was installed 25 years ago so it was a little rough with cracks and weeds and grass growing thru. I did the best I could to kill and burn off the dead plant material. 98% of the cracks weren’t really wide enough for crack filler but I used two tubes of blacktop crack filler just try and make them level. The area I was resealing wasn’t smooth enough to just use the squeegee side of the brush so I just spread it with the brush. Some areas were thicker then others so we will see how it cures in the next couple of days. Darker spots in the pic are dry.

I applied this last summer to a clean prepped, dry driveway. It has washed away. There are only a few areas were you can still see a coating. 90% has desolved.

The product is easy to apply and nicely fills cracks. The directions on the label said the solution color may vary from bucket to bucket, but that it would all dry as the same color. This is not true. The black solution dries to light grey, and the brown solution dries to black, We now have a splotchy top coat on our driveway, which is disappointing.

The product is great! It was delivered by FedEx and it was delivered right in front of my car! It was 4 5 gallon buckets that I couldn’t pick up and move. I was blocked in for hours. How stupid is that?

If i could give this 6 stars i would, the hardest things to do is stir this upon opening, it took me 10 minutes of stirring to get it ready. After that is was all elementary, each 5 gallon bucket covered a slight bit more than 250sq feet. I covered 950 sq ft with a little vit left out of 4. My driveway was super porous at spots due to not veing sealed for 10-15 years. But it dried and was able to walk on it later the same day. This is a quality product and i will use this mang more times. I feel its one of the best out there. Just follow the directions.

Do not buy on Amazon- if you ever have a problem- Henry will NOT warranty Amazon sales!!!!Terrible product. Cleaned and sealed all the cracks on the driveway. Applied this evenly and let it dry. Within 8 months it was 50% worn off. So I contacted Henry- and they blamed me for their 4 year product wearing off. Buy anything else- this sealant sucks!
