can it also be used for a 7 inch round cake?

No, the image is probably too big. The image only has an inch or less space from the edge of a 9x12 cake. They make the image for round cakes as well.

Can I also use this on a 12 in round cake? I want to know if it small enough to fit writing on one side. Or it be too big.

How do I apply it ? I just place it on top of the cake and then peel the paper out ?
