This has given me my life back. Even with low dose HTR I was having nauseating hot flashes and was flipping my soaking wet pillow multiple times at night. Soy or black cohosh haven't worked well for me in the past.I still get hot flashes with some sweating, sweat heavily when in high temps or with exertion, and I have to have my thermostat a couple degrees lower than I used to, but it's no longer debilitating. I don't feel like throwing up and the number of hot flashes daily are greatly reduced. I rarely have a wet pillow anymore. Emotionally I also feel SO much more steady and like myself. Perimenopause isn't fun, but now I think I just might be okay. Took about 5 days to start getting relief so I could at least function, and by the time I got to my second bottle I was seeing solid results. This is such a cheaper option than every other natural thing I'd looked into. If you've never heard of facial antiperspirant lotion, look it up. Between that and this pill, I think I'll survive this!

I’m 43 and recently started with menopause symptoms, specifically not able to sleep and hot flashes at night. I used other supplements that didn’t work . Since i started to take life Extension menopause relief, I was able to feel myself again, I take other supplements like magnesium and vitamin k and c but actually I noticed the improvement in my sleep after taking menopause relief and was almost immediately. I was so happy I had found a supplement that actually worked for me. After taking for a month all of my hot flashes, joint pains and mood swings went away. These were the best thing ever! They used to be called 731 and were very very tiny. Now they are 3 x’s the size!!! Well over the last month my symptoms have all returned so the new formula is not the same and certainly not effective at all. On top of that, my last order all had weird raised bubbles on them as seen in the photo. I called the phone # on the bottle and the representative was not concerned. She said they should be a creamy color and larger since they changed the formula. But the bumps/bubbles were probably moisture or heat got into it but they should be fine. Well I was not fine with how they looked so I called amazon and they refunded me as a precaution. But I am sad that this formula has changed and is not helping any longer. Just an FYI I have switched to Estro**n Complete + Ashwagandha and it seems to be helping already. Hopefully this helps someone else who is as disappointed as me.

After finishing a full bottle, I personally didn’t notice a measurable change or relief. As with many supplements, I know everyone’s body chemistry is different—it just didn't seem to be the right fit for my system.A word of caution on the ordering process: I inadvertently signed up for the "Subscribe & Save" option without realizing it. Because I didn't see results with the first bottle, I was surprised when a second bottle arrived that I now won't be using. I like Life Extension products, but it really did not help my hot flashes., which is why I tried this formulation. So I gave up after thirty days, and instead, started on a combination of magnesium/calcium/zinc and Kefir. That helped my hot flashes a lot.However, I couldn't sleep. That's what this product did. It helped me sleep. So I'm giving it an uptick in my initial rating, since it did help me sleep.

Yes it really helped with night sweats and hot flashes. It’s completely gone now. It took about a week and a half to take effect. I’m buying a second bottle.

My wife is religious about these. If for some reason the subscription doesn't arrive on time we have a panic situation. These things work really well.
