This is a great product. I had a hair dresser turned my hair brassy/red. I want to get back to a neutral base color. The color matched the box and the grey coverage was good. I will need to put a bit more around the temples so it gets full coverage there. Hair is happy and shiny.

Easy to use and the color turned out beautiful! I was able to do it myself at home without any problems. The instructions were clear, and the final result looked natural and even. Very happy with the color and coverage.

The best color and covers gray hair well. I always take only her. And it lasts a long time

My natural hair color is a dark auburn. I am always trying to find a shade that's closest to my hair color to touch up the roots in between coloring at the salon. I love L'Oreal products. They're gentle on my hair (which is thin and fine). This color came out very dark. A bit darker than I had wanted. I probably wouldn't get this color again but the product itself was nice as always. The only complaint I have is that the last 3 boxes I have purchased had gloves in them that wouldn't open. Luckily I had a box of rubber gloves here but it might be a mess for someone who doesn't. Not sure what's going on with the gloves but 3 boxes in a row isn't just an anomaly.

The formulation has improved! It contains hyaluronic acid and I definitely feel a difference and my hair as it is much more moisturized and conditioned and the color shiny and healthy, with many people thinking that I have had my hair professionally colored. Additionally, I wish they would sell the conditioner that is included in the box separately because I think it is absolutely amazing with improving the condition of my hair.

Gray product easy to use. Color is great

You can’t beat L’Oreal Excellence for covering gray. It also doesn’t dry out your hair. I’ve used professional hair coloring products like Goldwell and Wella, and L’Oreal surpasses them. It is a good buy. The box includes shampoo, conditioner, applicator and gloves.

This hair dye smells very strong, it was hurting my eyes and nose when I had it on and it also left my hair feeling drier. I bought this as a just in case type of deal, you know, in case you had something come up and needed a quick refresh for the hair. I had patches of different colors from having done fashion colors and it did neutralize and even out my hair so that it’s mostly one color, but I don’t think I would buy this again. On the plus side, I think this is the only time I’ve ever seen a shampoo be included in a box dye. I didn’t use it but it was a pleasant surprise.

I normally get my hair coloured at hairdresser. I have deep ash blonde “base” with multi highlights. Dreaded ruining my hair with home colour. Beautiful colour. My hair feels fantastic. Roots (grey) for 25 minutes then worked the colour thru my hair for 3-5 minutes. Grey covered. Multicoloured hair. Great. Toned down any brassiness with pulling colour thru my hair for minimal time. The pre-root conditioner is great. Pulled thru bottom 1/2 of my hair.

I ordered 4 boxes & they came late, i was disheartened, however when they came i was very surprised, it covered my copper hair dye and looks and feels great, no runs or mess in the bathroom and i only needed to use 2 boxes this time so coverage is great, i hated the smell while applying, but it soon go's when you wash and the shampoo an conditioner is very refreshing, my hair is glossy and healthy, my new go to hair dye for sure.

I haven’t used the product yet as it didn’t come with any gloves which was frustrating.
