Pricey, not so different from other brands in composition.
I am not really sure it did much. The multi-strain combo is no longer as unusual as it was when we first used it. The amount of CFU is not different from other brands either, although these may be more active since it is packed in a cold pack. Overall, it was too pricey and not easy to use, so we've moved on to other brands.
