Bought this product and my beard came out pitch black why? Or does it takes few days though works in 5 mins?

We are sorry to hear that your hair color results came out darker than you would like. To lighten the results, you can mix 1 ounce of regular 3% hydrogen peroxide with 1 ounce of any dandruff shampoo. Lather the hair with the mixture and leave the lather on for 5 minutes before rinsing. This will lighten the color a little each time. Next time, you may want to go with the next lighter shade and make sure that it's only left on for 5 minutes, as the color will darken if it's left on longer.

My beard isn’t that long. so i get a lot on my face (not possible to avoid). and it’s soooooo hard to wash of. is it supposed to be this difficult?

My beard is short too. I also have problems. I finally let it go gray. Could not get the dye off my face.

Is this one application?

Depends on how much you are working on. Like you would get several applications for just a moustache. I use it for my eyebrows as they are so light as to disappearcand I get several months out of a box.
