Effective even with a bad diet
For someone like me who won’t give up my fast food takeouts and eating all the wrong things, I am pretty impressed with the results. Wish I could take them daily for more entertainment if it wasn’t for the price. They’re mostly just fiber, no need to be expensive.Also, it mentions caution with medication and I’ve not had a single issue with overactive thyroid meds while taking these if that helps anyone. Caution at your very own discretion. My doses could be different to yours.

They are good if you want to keep regular and keep clean. I’m gay and they help to keep me ready for… at anytime. I’ve not given a 5 star as “bottoms” friend of Dorethy are slightly better and easier to swallow.
