Ayako

It's one of if not the best single volume manga of all time.. Great story, great art and not a single Boring page

The writing style of Tezuka sensei is simply amazing. He explores politics, love?, family bonds, existential dilemmas, morality and many other deeper human behaviours & emotions in this heart wrenching story of Ayako. He takes the reader on this journey where we experience the raw emotions of the different characters of his story. I was left perplexed and in awe after completing this book. He is a true artist who have questioned the very core of our existence and what humanity is really all about. Hats off to this really insightful piece of art.

Not the usual ones, timeline is spread over years. Captures the essence of politics, culture, power struggle. Strong characters depicted. If you are into "pace of life" stories :) these are kind of stuff you could try.

What are you waiting for? Just buy it .... the problem is shipping damage (cover is soft)... But luckily I got this package in good condition just a few minor bend...

Nothing can be compared to this masterpiece! Waited for long to get my own copy. I read a small section of it way back over the net and that’s when I decided I need this. I stopped reading the online version and waited for the psychical copy. The book is slightly damaged and definitely this is not I was expecting from the seller/ amazon but still...it’s a must have collection if you are into serious story telling

The last few pager were little bit folded, other wise the condition is fine. The packaging was neither too good nor too bad. It was loosely wrapped in foam inside packet. The pages are thicker than usual and thats really good.

Awesome book. Keeps you hook on to it. I finished reading in two days.

WOW, the story-line is riveting. the story revolves around a Japanese family in the rural area, following the twists and turns in the lives of the members with several scandalous, life changing events thrown in for good measure
