I have been taking this product for months and I love it. I take it along with a multi-vitamin in the morning. It helps me with get my energy in the morning. Once I was off of it for two weeks and I noticed a difference of my energy level. I only take one a day.

It might be working but I feel no difference

I've been taking this for about 4 months now (the only other supplement I take regularly is fiber). I am a massage therapist in the Pacific Northwest so I'm in constant contact with people who often carry cold and flu germs during the cold, damp Fall, Winter, and Spring. I also traveled abroad in the last 4 months, and while everyone close to me has come down with some sort of miserable 1-2 week cold or flu virus in this time period, I've been just fine :)
