These scales work fine although on my old Honor 9 Lite phone (which is full of apps I should clear out) it can be tricky to synch with phone. Having had the scales for about 9 months now I've found the best way (for me) is to clear all running apps, select the 1ByOne health app and let it run for about 30 seconds before standing on the scales. The scales read, then about 10 seconds later the phone synchs and asks if I want to save reading. This method works for me about 99 times out of a hundred. If for some reason it doesn't synch (normally due to my impatience) when I try again the next day it saves both days weights appropriately. The app also synchs with Google fit and Fitbit. These in turn can synch with oth health apps accordingly.

This is the 3rd time I've brought this. Been using them at home and at work. I use it for my Personal Training clients. Like all scales it can be 2-5%off a bit, but it's perfect for the average person. If you're an athlete/do fitness competitions, then you need to go for different methods like a full body scan, but the main thing is that it shows with about 90% accuracy where you are at the moment, so you know where you're starting from. Love the fact it works via Bluetooth and it's quick. Also saves your data in the scales. I would recommend only weighing yourself once a week maximum on the same day, in the morning before food/drink to get the best out of it.

I bought it in november 2019, and use it everyday to monitor my weight. although the scale and app are easy to use. I am not so sure about accuracy of body fat percentage and my visceral fat. I have been active but visceral fat reading never changed once. For body fat percentage it also seems like giving me wrong readings as I am getting leaner by almost working out 5 times a week. But it goes up and down every day so not sure whats going on there.

So I am dieting and working out at the moment and my old set of scales are not very accurate so I decided to splash out a little more and invest in these scales after my friend recommended them. They are good quality, accurate and stylish scales, very easy to set up and use with the app on your phone. The scales provide a lot of information about your body weight, bone mass, muscle mass, BMI, etc which I find very helpful. The scales are helping me keep track of my fitness and weight loss. I can’t really comment on the accuracy (never checked a kilo measures a kilo, and body fat & skeletal mass lol… who knows?!) but as a consistent reference I’m happy it’s accurate. Can step on / off multiple times and it’ll measure the same each time. The app, once installed and set up works every time I’ve needed it too. The app has lots of information; a homepage for that days measurement, historic charts and tables for looking at trends. Quite happy with this. Another point to note is both myself and my wife use the scales and apps. We just have our own app accounts and it keeps them separate. When you have the app open and stand on the scales it registers that reading to that app, no confusion. the scales also seem to remember if a measurement was taken and not ‘uploaded’ to an app because it prompts you to say and gives you the option to record or delete the measurement. Good purchase.

These are a really nice set of scales. They work as they should and Bluetooth to app is spot on. Plenty of information to read on the app and seem accurate so far. Only thing I would like to see on the scale is to read in stone but not too much of an issue as you can view this on the app. Great price compared to others I looked at.

This worked well initially. I didn't start using it until May of this year and it worked perfectly at first. Sadly it no longer synchronises with my phone. I have tried all the recomended ways of solving the problem. I reset the data. I was totally baffled. I went to pack it in its box and realised I was using a different scales. I found the correct scales and lo it synchronised immediately. Faultless. I had ordered another scales which I will use for myself. I have donated this to another user in my household who wants to use different units to me. Using this scales has made a vast difference to how I eat. Seeing the body composition on the app. It has inspired me to eat more healthily. It can become a bit obsessive. Its nice to see the fat disappear especially visceral fat. I don't know how accurate it is compared with other scales. My other electronic scales shows me as half a kilo heavier. It doesn't work well on carpet. I use it on a wooden floor.

This product is exactly as described, my only critisiam is the instruction manual , but an E-mail to the supplier will give you any information you may wish to know. there aftersales service is great replying in under 12 hours even on a sunday, The product well I have mine synced to my fit bit app so who would wish to pay over £100 for a set of Fit Bit scales, also the 1byone Health App supplies all the information you could possible required with accuracy , I checked what my BMI should be on a NHS website and the scales produced the same result. A genuine piece of kit.

Da poco ho iniziato la palestra per mettere su un po' di massa muscolare e contestualmente ho deciso di acquistare una bilancia smart in quanto l'ultima volta che mi son pesato saranno stati 7-8 anni fa >.< Tra i vari modelli di questa fascia di prezzo (30 euro circa) ipotizzo cambi solo l'estetica, quindi ho scelto il modello bianco in quanto è molto minimal e si adatta bene all'arredamento del bagno di casa mia. Il piano della bilancia è in vetro, con i 4 rettangolini in metallo che servono per le funzioni smart. Sul lato posteriore, invece, la bilancia è in plastica e sono presenti i quattro piedini in gomma e il vano batterie. Nella confezione è presente: - Un manualino (ENG) di ringraziamenti in cui è presente uno sconto del 25%( sul prossimo acquisto di uno dei prodotti 1BYONE registrandosi sul sito ufficiale) e le informazioni sulla garanzia ( 90 giorni per rimborso totale, 24 mesi di garanzia e assistenza 24h/24h); - Un manualino (ENG) che illustra come e quale app scaricare; - Un manuale (anche in ITA) che spiega come utilizzare correttamente la bilancia; - 3 pile AAA; - La bilancia (ovviamente). Pesarsi è molto semplice: basta salire sulla bilancia e questa farà tutto da sola. All'arrivo, la mia bilancia era impostata con unità di misura in libbre, ma è bastato scaricare l'applicazione per impostarla a dovere. Le misurazioni sono coerenti tra loro: se ci si pesa due volte consecutive, la misurazione non varierà (o se lo farà, lo farà di poco e probabilmente a causa di una posizione scorretta in una delle due pesate). Le misurazioni "smart" (quindi misura della massa ossea, grassa ecc...) vanno fatte ovviamente a piedi nudi o con i calzini, mettendo i piedi sulle 4 tacche di metallo. Visto il prezzo della bilancia, non mi aspetto che siano affidabilissime ma probabilmente sono un buon modo per vedere in modo approssimativo se i propri parametri sono aumentati o diminuiti. Feature che ho molto apprezzato è la ricalibrazione automatica: ogni volta che la bilancia verrà spostata, alla "pesata" successiva effettuerà anche le operazioni di calibrazione, in modo del tutto automatico. Il bluetooth della bilancia si attiva in automatico appena rileva che si sta effettuando una nuova pesata, quindi basta tenere nei pressi della bilancia il cellulare con bluetooth acceso e applicazione avviata per registrare le misurazioni. L'applicazione ufficiale, 1byone Health (testata su iOS), è decisamente fatta bene. Supporta la lingua italiana e propone una schermata iniziale che riassume i dati dell'ultima pesata indicando anche se ci si trova nel peso forma o meno. Ovviamente è possibile visualizzare un grafico che popone una cronologia delle pesate passate e, infine, è possibile impostare dei promemoria per ricordarsi di pesarsi. Oltre all'applicazione ufficiale, ci sono anche applicazioni di terze parti che però reputo comunque inferiori per qualità e supporto. In generale, la bilancia mi ha soddisfatto: mi aspettavo un prodotto di scarsa qualità buono solo per pesarsi ogni tanto e invece devo dire che le funzioni smart e l'applicazione 1byone rendono la bilancia un oggetto comodo da usare. La consiglio!
