I have chosen a ruck Sack over shoulder bag as I do lots of walking with and without my pram and find it so much easier being hands free. This design is excellent, padded straps for comfort and pockets on each side of bag that you can access whilst wearing. There are two main compartments which are spacious. I keep changing mat, nappies, wipes, bags, change of clothes and creams in one compartment, and the other - everything else. I find the 2 pockets on the front really useful to chuck in bibs etc and also my lip balm and mobile phone!
