It works, but be patient
It took me a week using YouTube videos to get the hang of the continuous motion, and at first I felt frustrated, but it is worth sticking with, because it removes some of the bad habits and helps you relax in your service motion which is all-important when it comes to having a decent serve. My slight reservation comes from the danger of whacking your leg with it, which is quite painful, but there is a lighter version if that worries you...

Eine perfekte Ergänzung zum Aufschlag Training
Ich versuche gerade meinen Aufschlag zu verbessern und mit Youtube Videos trainiere ich. Ich werde auch Trainer stunden nehmen. Ich konnte nach 30 Min das grobe Prinzip anwenden. bzgl Bewegung. Ich denke die 6 Wochen vorher , ein tägliches Training mit Youtube Videos, erleichterten mir den Einstieg. Ich merke nach 5 Min schon meine Muskeln. Berühren die Bälle den Rücken, macht man die Bewegung falsch. Am Anfang habe ich eine Jacke getragen :-), den es kann weh tun. Die Bälle sind nicht leicht und ich will keine Christliche "Selbstgeiselung" durchführen :-) jetzt funktioniert es ganz gut. Man braucht aber am höchsten Punkt - "ein Ziel", wo normalerweise der Ball ist. Damit man auch die Bewegung richtig ausführt. Ich werde den Swingmaster zum aufwärmen nutzen. Für mich war es der richtige Kauf.

En época de crisis por el COVID19 es una forma muy buena de hacer ejercicio y practicar encerrado en casa. Te enseña la técnica del saque perfectamente. Yo lo uso para mejorar el smash de pádel y sacarla x3. Absolutamente genial!!

The band attached to the balls is quite flexible and stretches. You cannot use full force due to this

Robust and good quality
A perfect tool to "feel" the tennis racquet momentum changes as you go through the serve routine. Helps with coordinating the correct serve preparation steps. A simple device but a great teaching aid.
