Brothers Toffee Apple English Cider 8 Bottles of 500 ml

I first tried this at London's winter wonderland, served hot. It is delicious and it has become a winter favourite in my house. It's sweet and not too spicy and has a cream soda taste to it. I add a splash of apple brandy to it, to give it an extra edge. Remember, don't make it boil when heating as you will remove all the alcohol. Hmmm delicious.

Goes down a treat early evening ... think it will be even better as the weather warms up!

This is by far the best cider I ever tasted and one that I will definitely buy again soon. I enjoyed every bit of it and finished the 8 bottles in a matter of two weeks (not heavy drinker). The toffee apple taste is just amazing and the blend of flavours results in one of the tastiest ciders I ever experienced. It is better to have this chilled. I have one every other day and I enjoy it slowly while watching something or gaming. It is indeed a very nice cider.

I was excited to try this cider made by four brothers in Somerset. Firstly, you get 8 bottles for 14.17 which is quite good value for local cider. The taste is lovely, the apple and the toffee were both able to be tasted, resulting in a sweet and sour rich flavour. It's easy to drink and pleasant. It's 4% alcohol and yet I didn't really taste the alcohol, so again, easy to go down. Now in terms of flavour, it's sweeter than other flavours of cider, obviously if you're ordering toffee cider you might be expecting that! I definitely recommend these!

These work out at around £1.70 a bottle when brought like this so compared to my local shop that stocks brothers, its great value. These really do taste like toffee apple and they are quite sweet, I couldn't really drink these all evening but if you have half a bottle and top up with some lemonade it's takes some of the sweetness away and tastes just as nice and lasts longer...ish.

I’m a big fan of toffee apples so I was really intrigued to see this vegan toffee apple flavoured cider! First impressions of it were good, the bottles came well protected and nicely designed. You get 8x 500ml bottles which is a decent amount for the current price of £14.17. Taste wise it’s amazing, it really does taste like toffee apples which hid the slightly bitter cider taste I’m usually not keen on. Its also just the right amount of sweetness, I can easily drink several bottles without finding it sickly or wanting to switch to a different drink. Overall I’m really impressed with this, it brings back childhood memories eating toffee apples on bonfire night! Would definitely recommend, 5 out of 5 from me!

I've tried a couple of the other Brothers flavours - always a fan of flavoured ciders - so was keen to give the toffee apple variety a whirl. I wasn't disappointed - it's a rich, sweet cider with a distinct toffee flavour that goes down really nicely. That toffee and apple combo goes so well together, it's great to see it make the leap from the sweet shop / country fair to the cider bottle. Definitely one for my fellow sweet-tooths. It's smooth and not over-carbonated either, which always makes for a good drink. I have to say, the eight bottle pack is pretty good value too, at less than £2 a drink at the time of review. It's a winner - definitely adding this one to the fridge rotation.

Easily one of my favourite ciders. I like borther ciders as they are not too gassy and acidic. The taste is smooth, you can taste the sharpness of the apple but the toffee notes compliment it and that what gives it mild taste. I prefer mine over ice. I drink this far too quick because it doesn't taste strong and that's how I like it. Good value for the amount. Fresh tasting, great served over ice.
