Update: Shipped to me missing 3 of the 4 mats. Received order did not have the driver or passenger mats nor the back seat mats. Poor quality control. Order should not have been shipped missing 3/4 of the items purchased. Very disappointed. Received my reorder and this time received all mats. I believe it was the shipping company's fault because the first box did arrive partially opened and badly damaged (I believe the rest of the mats fell out of the box). The seller also messaged me offering a full refund. The mats are well made and most mats fit perfectly. The cargo liner mat was slightly off (a little larger than the area to be covered) the rear mats are not one continuous piece but 3 mats. There is no smell. In my previous vehicle I had purchased Weathertech mats, those mats lasted 15 years without any degradation and are stiffer mats (of course they cost twice as much as these). Overall, good mats for the price.

These fit my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee great. I live out in the country among the gravel and dirt roads so I am constantly bringing rocks and mud into the car with me. These can be taken out of the car with little fuss hosed and scrubbed off left to dry and put back in with minimal effort. I find that having the molded floor mats instead of the carpeted ones really helps cut down on the car odor. These fit really well and just look great.

First off the good, the front and rear mats fit perfectly and look great super happy. The bad, the cargo mat was no where near the right size or shape for that matter for my 2019 jeep cherokee. I ended up cutting the back to fit, because of this does not look professional and finished but will protect the floor. For this price point this shouldn't have even been an issue. If it wasn't for that would have given it 5 stars but instead it's 3 and disappointment. UPDATE.. Within a day the customer service team had reached out to me inquiring about the improper fit, after sending some photos they (very promptly) got back to me and we came to solution that I was happy with. Because of this I am updating my stars on this product, their customer service team are top notch and prompt. A valuable commodity in this day and age. Also having the mats in my car now for a few days I will say I do very much enjoy the look and functionality, no smell, look great, no slipping. I am also a fan of the 3 part back seat configuration ( I saw some neg posts on this in the reviews). If one of the mats needs to come out you can just take out that one and you don't have to take out the full backseat set.
