I bought this back in april of this year(rhombus) but unfortunately i need to replace the rope. does anyone know what rope and size they used?

Honestly I suggest a monkey fist or fishing weight linked to 15 feet of rope. If you are dedicated then for sure get it. But roe dart techniques can be learnt with almost any low weight and a length of rope

Yes they are dulled but still have a rounded point

Is there something included to cover the dart with for newbies?

No. You way want to look into “nerf” options. I.e. tennis ball or the like.
