These are just as they should be! They have already saved us hundreds of plastic bags - since the grocery store we shop at makes you bag produce and measure by weight. They have tare weights on them, so it doesn't cost you extra, and the draw strings are quite good. The bags have held up to heavy produce, and wet produce, and when they get stained or icky smelling - you just pop them in the washer and they come out great! I wouldn't recommend storing food in the bags once the produce makes it home - since especially lettuce and vegetables get kind of limp in the cloth bags. We transfer them to a reusable plastic bag, or reusable container once we get home to ensure freshness. It's been a few months now, so I thought I'd post a good review for any other people who are looking to reduce their plastic waste, but don't want to get tricked into buying a "fake" eco-friendly product. Will be buying these for loved ones as well!

About bags, they are made of durable organic cotton, great option if you are trying to cut your single-use plastic waste. I use them when I go shopping, they are perfect for veggies, fruits but also for the bulk items like coffee, beans or rice. Very very happy with my purchase!

I just got them. I really like them. They appear to be very sturdy and well made and they are easy to use. I am sure I will have them for many years to come and save umpteen plastic bags to boot.

Love love love these bags! Great quality construction and thoughtful details like putting the weight of the bag on the attached tags, so you can deduct that when checking out at the store (if they allow this). Love these so much I got a set for one of my kids. Say no to plastic!

I LOVE these reusable produce bags! They have actually kept my produce longer than the plastic store bags! PLUS they are super soft and great for the environment. The downside is I did throw them in the wash for the first time and one of the mesh bags ripped some so I would definitely recommend putting them in a laundry bag when you wash them! Other than that I’ve already gotten multiple uses out of them and adore them!

The mesh bags hold a surprisingly high amount of produce. I like the fact that the tare weight is written also in grams. Generally, a very good product.

These bags are great! I love that they have a tare weight on the tag. Some have gotten hard to tighten using the toggle with multiple washes.

The metal bag ties are smooth and well built. Very easy to wash. Wish they were a little lighter but my store gives me the option to get the tare weight (empty weight) of the bag and subtract it.
