Works great
Took this after my dr recommended it. I was having tingly sensations in my feet and after some tests it turned out my phosphorus levels were extremely low. After taking it twice a day for a couple weeks I noticed an improvement and eventually the sensations completely disappeared. Dr told me to drop to once a day and eventually told me i was good and didn't need it anymore. Once in a while I'll start getting tingly feelings and will start it up again and it goes away. Flavor isn't the best, but if it helps my problem I'll deal with it.

I’ve reordered this several times and always got quality and an extended BBD. I do wish they had other flavors, or at least unflavored option but it isn’t an unpleasant taste

It has no magnesium in it.
I expected it to have magnesium in it but it didn't. Other than that, a good product. Dissolves better in warm water.

I thought I was getting 100 day supply, not 25 days
Unless I misread, I did not see it listed online that you are to take 4 packets a day. So, daily price is much more expensive than I thought up front. My husband is taking under the advice of his doctor and has been taking for 2 months. He has not noticed any changes. I gave 3 stars because I can't verify it's not helping, just that he hasn't noticed.
